ISSUES
- fixes issue #70: MAD-Aggregation throws error for some columns
- Plate Heatmap Viewer: fix bug with 'Global Color Scale' setting (enable/disable menu correctly)
- change plate attribute "Date of Acquisition" into "Date"
- fix icon for NPI Normalizer node
- mark old Plate Viewer as deprecated and remove it from node repository
- fix dose-response template: opts(...) is now deprecated in ggplot2, had to be replaced
