Screen mex for 64-Bit Octave/Matlab on Linux Intel rebuilt.

-> Ubuntu 20.04.6-LTS build system for 64-Bit Intel machines. -> Octave 5.2, Matlab R2023b. -> Fix Screen('GetFlipInfo', win, 3) idiotic bug, which was present since the introduction of that function!
