Python 3.6 ihas reached EOL and is not available any more on Ubuntu 22.04.

Also, bump Python 3.10 to 3.11.

About the -march=native option: unsupported by Clang 13 on Apple M1, but it's back in Clang 15:

Not sure when -march=native is not supported at this point. Tried different versions of macos without success:

Update tested Python versions
