Docs: Added a list of links to the tutorials included in 'Get Started' #3867

Description of change

This fixes #3867 by adding all the sections required for 'Get Started'.

Description

Have added a list of tutorials for 'Get Started' section same as that of the landing pages for other major sections have a high-level summary of the contents so this would match.
