docke4seq and 4seqGUI are part of the reproducible bioinformatics project. The aim of docke4seq and 4seqGUI is to provide:

to small biology laboratories, a solution for Next Generation Sequence (NGS) analysis which is cheap, efficient and reproducible.
to bioinformaticians, a framework which guarantee consistent reproducible analyses.
