Implements SNMP trap integration for Keep, allowing users to: - Receive SNMP traps via webhook from snmptrapd or similar - Map SNMP generic trap types to Keep alert severities - Handle standard traps (linkDown, linkUp, coldStart, etc.) Closes keephq#2112
