Cloned original Smart Contract from Substratum 2018-2019: https://github.com/SubstratumNetwork/sub-contract All credit to their Solidity creation, audit and review goes to them.

Their smart contract was audited by Quantstamp in 2018-2019, and we made no changes to the solidity code besides the ticker, token name and updated Solidity compiler (0.5.16)
