Fix AF_UNSPEC undeclared error in ieee802154 drivers

Compilation fails in ieee802154_kw41z.c and ieee802154_esp32.c due to undefined AF_UNSPEC constant. The correct Zephyr networking constant is NET_AF_UNSPEC.

Changes:

• Replace AF_UNSPEC with NET_AF_UNSPEC in net_pkt_rx_alloc_with_buffer() calls in both drivers

This aligns with all other ieee802154 drivers which already use NET_AF_UNSPEC.
