ConnectionAlerts allows players to opt in to the join/quit messages displayed in chat.

The available alert levels are:

• None, the player will receive no messages.
• Friend, the player will receive messages of players added to their /res friend list. Can be changed independently of other levels.
• Town, the player will receive messages of players in their town.
• Nation, the player will receive messages of players in their nation. Players in their town will be coloured differently.
• All, the player will receive the join/quit messages of all players, the colour will be different if they are in their town or nation.

A player's alert level can be changed with /ca {level}.
