This patch simply removes the cleanup job for Rackspace, which we don't support anymore.

Removal:

  • Jenkins job description
  • Shell script used for cleanup
  • Credentials retrieval

LGTM

Make sure to manually remove the job yourself in Jenkins, otherwise it'll be orphaned by the next push
