First release in PHP 8

A lot of work was done to be more consistent in dependency injection, strict typing and general OOP style.

Last release under PHP 7.4

This probably isn't really production level code, but it's been used in production for 5+ years. It's meant to pull together different packages of in ZF3. Future releases will be for Laminas and PHP 8
