Added ability to override settings for recovery upon reboot. Add or remove a default settings.ini file via the update menu while booted into recovery.
Allowing use of the 'Current Environment' as a target is now an option located in settings.
Fixed issue with 'run as TrustedInstaller' for command list items, specifically when the command runs within a second instance of the tool while booted into recovery.
