Aicruit is an AI-based smart platform designed to streamline the hiring process. It automates and enhances recruitment by intelligently managing the candidate journey — from job application to final evaluation — using machine learning and natural language processing.

Hiring Workflow

  1. Job Creation and Publishing The HR/Admin user starts the process by creating a detailed job description within the Aicruit platform. This includes information like job title, required skills, experience level, location, and responsibilities. Once published, the job listing becomes visible to potential candidates on the platform.

  2. Candidate Job Application Candidates browse available job listings and apply for the ones that match their profile. Each application includes the candidate’s resume and personal details, which are stored and queued for further processing.

  3. Resume Parsing The submitted resume is processed through Aicruit’s parsing engine. The parser extracts structured information such as the candidate’s name, contact information, skills, work experience, education, and certifications.

  4. Resume Rating The AI engine evaluates the parsed resume against the job description. It assigns a score based on how well the candidate’s profile matches the requirements of the job, considering factors such as relevance, seniority, and specific skills.

  5. HR Shortlisting HR users review the scored resumes on a dedicated dashboard. Based on AI recommendations and manual evaluation, they shortlist candidates for interviews.

  6. Interview Process Shortlisted candidates are invited to interviews. These interviews can be scheduled and tracked within the platform. Interviewers may conduct multiple rounds as needed.

  7. Interview Summary Upload After the interview, the HR uploads a summary or evaluation form that contains notes on the candidate’s performance, communication, and other relevant observations.

  8. AI Analysis by Olama The uploaded interview summary is processed by Olama, Aicruit’s AI analysis engine. Olama evaluates the content of the summary, scores the candidate’s interview performance, and provides insights into their strengths, weaknesses, and overall suitability for the role.
