Since python 2.7.9, certificate verification is enabled by default for stdlib http clients. SafeTransport in xmlrpclib have been updated to support a ssl.SSLContext as argument for the underlying httplib.HTTPSConnection, so allow the SafeTransport in jsonrpclib to use SSLContext if provided.
