This is the GitHub repository for research aimed at exploring sea urchin population demographics along the north coast of California. This work is led and funded by The Nature Conservancy.

Repository structure

The GitHub repository contains all of the code associated with the project and the figures produced by this code.

The data for the project are kept in a Box folder outside the GitHub repository. Non-confidential data will be made available in a public data repository upon project completion.
