-New node group "XPS Shader" is used to export material textures to XPS/XNALara models (No more white models!!!)

-NEW XPS 11.8.9 introduces a new fileformat that supports more than 4 weights per vertex.

The addon can export/import both XPS formats.
XPS V3: supports more than 4 weights per vertex.
XPS V2: 4 weights per vertex limit.

Reorganized Import/Export into XNALara/XPS submenu.

Now importing a pose will work even if bones were renamed to Blender convention.

Added new button to set a "New Rest Pose".
1)Select all the meshes
2)Set the armature as the active object
3)At the bottom of the XPS Bones panel click "New Rest Pose"
4)Enjoy your new rest pose
