No more Hoek van Holland 😭 (and some other fixes)

The line Schiedam - Hoek van Holland Haven/Strand has been closed to train traffic as of April 1st and has been removed. Two stations were renamed in December 2016, these changes are now reflected

Utrecht Vaartsche Rijn

Several changes (some long overdue):

• Fix Utrecht Lunetten code change (utl -> utln)
• Remove Geerdijk (extra pair, still included for backwards compatibility)
• Fix Utrecht to Utrecht Maliebaan via Bilthoven
• Add Utrecht Vaartsche Rijn

Small additions for international trains

These were included in an intermediate release, missing from this release. #oops

2015 and 2016 updates

Updates for 2015 & 2016:

• Stations added: Nmgo, Bnz
• Several stations were renamed with new abbreviations
• Fix train to Utm
• Fix trains passing through Nvdw (which doesn't exist)

Hilversum blues

• Add Hilversum Noord back in as a duplicate of Hilversum Media Park
• Not all trains seem to pass Thialf - remove Heereveen Ijsstadion

Little fixes

A few little fixes - mainly for the high speed trains from Rotterdam to Breda
