With a bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering, at least 2 years of experience in tech support and customer service experience, and a passion for learning new technologies and helping other people with their issues, considering that attention to detail, perseverance, discipline and optimistic are key facts to improve methods and complete deadlines, essential for personal and professional growth.
