Now supports HTTP/1.1 which allows access to many more websites. Various bug fixes.

The http://68k.news and http://frogfind.com site both work well. When redirected to HTTPS, FrogFind is now suggested as a way to access the site.

Can be used in tandem with a web proxy like https://github.com/DrKylstein/retro-proxy by setting HTTP_PROXY as a DOS environment variable.

Boot disk images include a minimal FreeDOS installation with an NE2000 packet driver. Can be used to test with PCem (set network address 0x300 with IRQ 3 for your emulated network interface)
