This pull will adds a SyncCommand class and modifies SynergySCM to run ccm sync in the event that ccm update fails (someone nuked workarea, for example). The other 2 commits are general cleanup, removing Eclipse files from the repository and normalizing the line endings to make more friendly to work with on UNIX/OSX/Windows.

General opinion says:
1) Not all developers use Eclipse
2) Allowing Eclipse to do the Right Thing <TM> is often based on your
environment, and having Eclipse project files in your repository does
   more harm than good.
Convert line endings to play nice on both DOS and UNIX. Reference the
page at https://help.github.com/articles/dealing-with-line-endings for
more details.

Changing line endings is not something that should be done in a pull request; only the plugin maintainer (if there is one) should do this.
