Replayed with the script from 5bed22a worked. https://updates.jenkins.io/updates/ has been populated (NFS PVC) with success. Let's roll 🚀 |

This PR removes all azcopy publication tasks and replace them by rsync.
Note: it also remove the "delete" of remote files in the case of
content(for mirrorbits) which could create hiccups in some casesMost of the code comes from
