This is a program which training Tichu by RL(Reinforcement Learning).
You can choose the type of agents among random policy, pre-defined policy, pre-trained agent and etc., and also participate in.
Teach your own agent and play with her!
Set agents in Main.py.
If you want to join in, set one or any number of agent as Human().
Configure human and verbose paramter as 1 in Env.
