I am Jose Ángel Gumiel, PhD in Electronics and Communications (in the field of Automotive Electronics), MsC in Advanced Electronic Systems and BsC in Computer Engineering.
- Personal website. Don't forget to take a look at the blog section!
- Some 3D-Design projects for printing on my Thingiverse profile. I still a newbye, anyway.
- Sharing updates on LinkedIn
- 🔌 In the last months I have been working with Altium, I have a repository with some hardware development projects.
- 🔭 Lately, I have been working on Artificial Intelligence (AI) at the edge. I have used Python, Tensorflow 2 framework and the Google Coral platform, an embedded device with an EDGE TPU.
- 💎 My expertise is on embedded programming. I have created a repository for a fast kickstart with Cypress PSoC 4200 platform.
- 🌱 I’m currently learning Automotive Electronics. I am developing some code examples using the LIN Protocol, but I still learning about MISRA C coding standards and the automotive strict normatives and standards. Another thing I am learning is LaTeX.
- 💬 Ask me about analog and digital audio, FPGAs, VHDL, communication protocols, data acquisition, electronics, hardware and anything you want. If I can help, I will share my knowledge with you.
- 📫 How to reach me: On my website you can find my contact info. Don't hesitate to mail me. I still have some social media accounts, but I am not using them anymore.
I have published five articles, most of them in Open Access. Hope to continue writing and sharing my research:
- 📄 New generation of automotive mechanical and electronic components: technological challenges for suppliers.
- 📄 Introducing the Electronic Knowledge Framework into the Traditional Automotive Suppliers’ Industry: From Mechanical Engineering to Mechatronics.
- 📄 A Holistic Approach on Automotive Cybersecurity for Suppliers.
- 📄 Next-Generation Pedal: Integration of Sensors in a Braking Pedal for a Full Brake-by-Wire System.
- 📄 Improving the Reliability of Automotive Systems.
This are my main languages, it's right. Anyway, don't trust this information completely yet, because I am trying to ignore the all the C auto-generated code from my repositories. The language I use the most is C, but others like VHDL or even Java should have had more relevance than which I am showing at this momment.
