General Ease-of-Use Updates

This is a general cumulative update to the menu system.

Using this release:

Download the zip folder below, then upload it to the Duet using the blue button on the display tab of the web interface. For more information, visit the readme.

Known Issues:

New Features:

• Added more jog buttons. (Thanks DIY-O-Sphere!)
• Added print progress information to the main screen. (also thanks to DIY-O-Sphere's suggestion)

Bug Fixes:

• The menu would crash when the preheat page was opened in certain RRF firmware versions. (Thanks dc42 and jaysuk!)
• General arrangement issues.

First Official Release

This is the first official release of the Ultimate Duet Menu System. It has all the intended functionality and is bug-free. (As far as we know!)
