The file Includes the new modeling for costs that distinguished between fixed and variable costs. In case of variable costs a generic description is provided "gratuito per ISEE minore di euro x". This modeling has been applied in order to meet requirements coming from early adopter of the national public service catalogue (servizi.gov.it)
Changes to the public services json schema in order to reflect the new modelling on costs.
