https://deploy-preview-15425--preliminary-istio.netlify.app/latest/docs/setup/platform-setup/ renders well but the headings in each section are larger than the heading for the dropdown. Thoughts on if that's visually offensive? |

Description
Creates a FAQ-style single page for platform setup. Includes the individual links under the "Platform Setup" root, so every page is also available as a single page, so it can be linked to directly if needed.
