DMA Delay fixed release

1.2 release has an improved v1.3 TED core module which fixes DMA delay effect, making possible horizontal scrolling in games like Alpharay and Pets Rescue. Thanks to gyurco for fixing.
This release can be used on a Papilio Pro development board.
