Bypassing unknown genes stops analysis? #1076

A user has observed that if gene.iobio bypasses unknown genes, the analysis of the remaining genes can stop and they have to click analyse all to get analysis to complete. In some cases they need to click individual genes to get them to analyse. Is this expected or repeatable behaviour?
