Improve error message when cram index file is not found #180

Hi Iobio team,

Here is a small change that I think will improve the error message when a index file is missing.

This MR will use index URL instead of ${this.bamUri + '.bai'}.

This is useful when user gives a cram file. it will display XXXX.cram.crai instead of XXXX.cram.bai
