This hopefully fixes issues around contained resources not getting custom types, like #116.
The ability to customise "./testdb" via a MONGO_TEST_DATA_DIR env variable is useful to me since I develop on Windows and run tests via the Windows Subsystem for Linux, but the "Linux" mongodb doesn't work when the data directory is in a Windows folder, hence I need to move it to a Linux path.
