Resolves #165
This PR is slightly expanded in scope compared to PR #171 , as it adds USDC as foreign asset between Interlay and both, AssetHub and HydraDX, as well as adding USDT route between Interlay and HydraDX.
All new routes:
(USDT to/from AssetHub already exists)
