afaik this is only used for tools.sh (tools/tools.ts) I tried to plan a new release and to generate test cases (dry run only) and it worked. So I think that this one can be merged (once that lint check passes). @carlkyrillos did you have any specific breaking change in mind? |

@trepel I can't remember the breaking change and I unforuntately didn't document it in my notes. If everything is working I would say just go ahead and merge. |

A newer version of axios exists, but since this PR has been edited by someone other than Dependabot I haven't updated it. You'll get a PR for the updated version as normal once this PR is merged. |
