Added import/export configuration UI and functionality to allow users to backup and restore their extension settings. This feature adds: - New "Configuration" section in options page with separate import/export buttons - Import functionality that validates and merges imported config with defaults - Moved export config button from debug section to main configuration section (kept duplicate in debug for bug reporting) - Added i18n translations for "Configuration" and "Import configuration" labels across all supported languages (en, es, fr, it, ja, ko, zh_CN) - Minor whitespace/formatting cleanup in options.html

Tested on Vivaldi, manifest 3, Firefox didn't let me to load unsigned extension.
