Added an option entry and functionality to hide duplicated links. Works across all columns, and hopefully has no bugs left.
I'm aware it's not a requested feature, and mainly developed this for myself to avoid having duplicates between the "most visited" folder and bookmarks, but it may be useful to other people so I thought I'd make a PR.
If you want to discuss the code or want me to make changes, I'd be happy to.
