I Bike CPH bike routing service

The "I Bike CPH" bike routing service is based on version of OSRM, modified to:

• Provide an additional flag for each instruction, indication where you need to push the bike.
• Support parsing and prioritizing of bike route.

We expect these modifications to eventually be implemented in the OSRM mainline version.
