Release v0.2.1

This adds data validation and summary reports, including outlier sequence detection using SequenceBouncer.

Standalone executables are provided below for Windows 7 or later, as well as for macOS Catalina or later (universal2 binaries).
If you have a different system, please install from source as described in the readme.
