Release v0.2.0

This utilizes the new Concatenator backend in unison with the FastTreePy and MAFFTpy modules.

Standalone executables are provided below for Windows 7 or later, as well as for Ubuntu 20.04.3 LTS (glibc 2.31).
If you have a different system, please install from source as described in the readme.
