- Add more fee breakdown info in interchain gas payments in protocol
- Add third-party ISM directory, move wormhole and optimistic ISM docs there, add OPStack, LayerZero V2 and Polygon PoS
- restructure Economic Security to be it's own section in protocol, ad EigenLayer AVS as a section to Economic Security

For the OP Stack and Polygon PoS, where we have a hook + ISM setup, we've added detailed explanations for how the hooks work in references. Do we want to do the same for Arbitrum Orbit and LayerZero V2 @nambrot @aroralanuk
