This adds three small APIs:
Player.PauseandPlayer.Pausedpause and resume playback in the middle of a song. While paused, the player disables the output.Player.Progressreturns the elapsed and total time of the current or last stream.wav.Decoder.Framesreturns the number of sample frames in the data chunk.tinypod, an iPod classic style music player, uses them. tinypod was first an example in this PR. It is now in its own repo, and the README links to it.
Unit tests cover Pause, Progress and Frames.
