Installation

conda create -n hs python=3.8.5 scipy numpy pandas
conda activate hs
pip install tensorflow
pip install -U scikit-learn

Training

python train.py --data train.csv --epochs 20

Testing (Demo)

python test.py --data sample.csv

Note: training data must has these 5 headers: TEN_HANG, CHAPTER, HEADING, SUB_HEADING, COUNTRY_EXTENSION
