I do not see any notable difference between the two screenshots except the outer line. We should just do it the same way as arc does, but arc-darker sounds wrong to me. A light version might be of interest. I also noticed, that I have this theme not available, it must be missing in my arch package... |

There are some changes of Arc-Plank theme that might be named Arc-Darker: removed outer stroke, reduced transparency.
