This is a bit of a corner case, as it would require a supported device connected and it also be selected in the otbr addon (but of course it has happened!)

If network device is selected, then we shouldn't run the flasher against that USB device. The device setting should be ignored if network device is set.

Walkthrough

Walkthrough

The update from version 2.9.0 to 2.9.1 of the OpenThread Border Router introduces improved safety measures in the firmware flashing process. Now, the firmware flasher will abort if a network device is selected, preventing accidental flashing during active use. This change enhances operational integrity, particularly in scenarios involving network devices, while maintaining the functionality introduced in the previous version.

Changes

Files Change Summary
openthread_border_router/CHANGELOG.md Updated changelog for version 2.9.1, highlighting the new requirement to abort firmware flashing if a network device is selected.
openthread_border_router/config.yaml Incremented version number from 2.9.0 to 2.9.1, indicating a minor release with no other structural changes.
openthread_border_router/rootfs/etc/s6-overlay/scripts/universal-silabs-flasher-up Introduced a conditional check to prevent firmware flashing if a network device is selected, enhancing the script's functionality while retaining existing logic.
