Introduces several automated tests for terraform-module-vm-bootstrap implemented via the new
terraform testcommand introduced in terraform 1.6.x. These tests are by no means exhaustive, but should cover a good amount of the more complicated logic in the repo and serve as a starting point for further testing.Checklist
