DFPL-2358
As part of our continuous integration and delivery practices, it is essential to maintain the quality and organization of our Playwright automation tests. This ticket aims to perform a comprehensive cleanup of the Playwright test suite within the FPL project.
Work includes:
removing function where only one action is being called, it would more efficient to just do the action
reusing more code, creating functions to help with this
using base page to reduce code duplications
