This first release of the Sparkplug extension is

  1. connecting to InfluxDB and
  2. gathering MQTT Sparkplug device data from the MQTT Sparkplug Infrastructure to create metrics in a generic approach and
  3. send over to the configured influx database.

It expects Sparkplug B data.
