I tested your tutorial and it worked fine up until Flannel. With Flannel I get the following error:

Error registering network: failed to acquire lease: node "ubuntu-4gb-hel1-1" pod cidr not assigned

Could you please check if there is something missing in the files (values.yaml / InitConfiguration.yaml / JoinConfiguration.yaml)
