This is an interactive render of an apartment created in a video game engine as part of my previous experience as a renderer and is now a part of my portfolio as a developer.

Features

• Realistic photorealistic environment recreation.
• Allows free exploration with no predefined routes.
• Interact with objects like doors, lamps, and faucets.
• Customize paint finishes, floors, and countertops by interacting with the environment.
• Experience real-time lighting changes by interacting with switches or curtains.

• 3D Modeling: SketchUp.
• Game Engine: Unreal Engine 5 (Lumen).
• Implementation of interactivity: Unreal Engine Blueprints.

Demonstration for Windows

1. Download the file from the following link:

2. Unzip the file ue5-render-interactive.zip.
3. Access the ue5-interactive-render folder.
4. Run the InteractiveRender.exe file.

Minimum Requirements

• Operating System: 64-bit Windows 10.
• Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 or Intel Core i5 with at least 4 cores.
• RAM: 16 GB.
• Graphics Card: High-end graphics card with at least 8 GB of VRAM and support for DirectX 12.
• Storage: High-speed, high-capacity solid-state drive (SSD) for quick asset and texture loading.
