Release 3.8.2 Input Fader Control

This release is based on 3.8.2 and includes an extra option to control the input fader.

Channel Selection Buttons
Two buttons are available to select the input channel to be used. The buttons are located below the Input Level meters.
These buttons also control the Input PAN fader and the Input PAN fader also controls these buttons.
Shortcuts have been setup for the buttons in the NumPad section. 1 = LEFT, 3 = RIGHT.
"Mute Myself" has been assigned the shortcut 0 (in the NumPad section).
The shortcuts only work when the client dialog is the active window.

The Input Fader can also be controlled using the --ctrlmidich option. The parameter i can be used for this. You only need to provide a single CC number, as there is only 1 input fader.
