A bit ago in this PR #1052.
We were experiencing CI test failures where the runner was out of space and failing.

Today, we cleared out some cached artifacts, and that seems to have unstuck many of the tests that were running out of space.
If it happens again in the future, we may consider increasing the shared memory size for postgres in our DockerCI workflow with. (The default is
64mb)--shm-size=512mb
