Changed directory structure, added options for dropbox2, box and onedrive.

Now bundle code resides in src/ directory, documents in docs/ and tests in tests/ tests accordingly.

Changed name for dropbox driver in configuration from dropbox2 to dropbox (this behavior changed from master branch only).
